Life Cycle's

Hours, Days, Weeks and Months has passed by. Been busy with work and personal matters which resulted inadequate time to post any thing.

My beloved friend, Azlin has returned to heaven to be with Him and may her soul rest in peace.

With all the sadness surrounding us, there is something to rejoice about as my friend has a new born.

Everything kind a dejavu.... as my friend passed away on 9pm / 22 May 2008, on a similiar time, my friend's new born is entering this world to be with us.

Which ever way is it, life is short.... enjoy while still can

Rest Kin Kin / Chilli Pan Mee

Ah.... here come the MAIN course of my blog, FOOD..... Spicy spicy pan mee..... for those wo have tried it, you know what I mean. Hmm.... how shall I start? For those who dosn't know about this, then this might help. But for those that have tried it, please comment on my review.

Rest Kin Kin, the pioneer of Chilli Pan Mee... you may find another shop opposite the street with the same dish BUT be warned, there is no replacement for the original thing. Just check out that bowl... the noodle is just right, springy but not strachy. You can actually appreciate the texture itself. It compliment's the condiments well.

The best part are coming, a standard bowl will be a mediocre if without the special dry chillies. Get a scoope or two, depends on your level of spiciness. Mix it up with the noodle and may hell be unleashed ( figure of speech ). Believe me, a bowl will not be enough. For my recommendation, get an additional bowl of Pork Balls. Nothing special but I kind of like to have it with the noodle. Pan Mee and pork balls, goes hand in hand....

Enough about the food, now about the environment, surroundings and price. Parking is kind a hard to find during peak lunch time and obviously service sucks during this time ( as shown in the photo ) but believe me, it's worth the wait. Hygiene, I give it good. Pricing is kinda above the average ( RM 5.00/bowl ) for a bowl of Pan Mee. Well I guess everything has it's price....

Location : Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman ( Opposite Cycle & Carriage, at the back of Honda Showroom )
Business Hour : 10am - 3pm / 6pm - 9pm @ 9.30pm

Yum Yum with the Ladies

Just your average steamboat at Taman Tayton, Cheras but the company gain back the points ;-)

Check out the first one on the front row and the second on the top row, what a beauty on my opinion. Sorry guys, all of them are taken.... T_T guess who's the lucky b*****d....?

Nothing much to recommend about the place but alot of spoilt choices of the similiar restaurants.

If steamboat's not your type of food, then head down the end row of shop lots and you will find Stesen 1 Restaurant( www.station1.co.my ).

Strong Willed Lady...

We'll before I go to my main idea of the blog which is "All About Food" in between there will be additional feature's to be told.

I begin with the best wishes to my friend, Azlin (the one in white dress and black scraf).... She has been I fighter, never say die person which I truly admire and respect as a person who has been fighting with cancer for the past 5-6 years of her life and living to the fullest.

Please bare in mind, in the mist of the chaos....she still manage to work in between, raise a family of 2 and be a loving wife as well. I know out there will have a even more courageous people but personally, she's the ONE....

Again, I would wish her all the best and may God bless you... my friend

New Born

Well, well. I would say that I'm a newcomer to the blogging community. At last, I'm "independent" to begin a new chapter of my life. For all those who've been here for quite sometime, showing me some guidance and tips around here would be helpful, ya?
